After the lifesized Alexander with a Lance by the court sculptor Lysippos, depicted nude, standing in contrapposto with his weight on his right leg, the left relaxed and bent at the knee, the feet splayed, his left arm raised, once gripping his lance, the right arm lowered, holding his dagger (partially preserved), his short chlamys draped over his left shoulder, his thick wavy locks centered by his characteristic anastole and adorned by a wreath, the ties falling on his right shoulder
