His head turned to his left, with a wreath of ivy and berries in his long wavy hair, two short tendrils falling on his forehead, the eyes unarticulated, the lips slightly parted, mounted on a later bust and inscribed pedestal

Acquired by David Keppel (1877-1956), New York, a dealer in fine etchings and engravings, probably in England, in the early 20th century.
