Cylindrical in form, of strigillated type, the front with a rectangular tabula framed by two nude boys shouldering a large garland, the tabula inscribed in Latin, reading: "For the underworld divinities: For Gaius Munatius Dionysius. Eutychas and Lysimachus, Freedmen, [erected this] for a very deserving Patron," the lid a modern replacement
