A LATE REGENCY BRASS-INLAID AND MOUNTED MAHOGANY CENTRE TABLE
SECOND QUARTER 19TH CENTURY
The octagonal top with foliate decoration to the outer edge and centred by a circular medallion, above a frieze with pierced trellis decoration, the octagonal spreading base with canted angles and decorated to each side with berried foliate swags, on a later foliate-cast square base, the projecting angles decorated with greek-key and rosette paterae, with later brass caps and castors, with a circular blue-bordered paper sticker '9/834' and a chalk inscription '97'
