(Repairs to the inside and fore-margin of the final leaf, and inside margin of another, a few short tears, light marginal spotting, occasional faint marginal damp-stain, short worm track in a very few leaves, a very few ink spots.) Later vellum, spine titled in manuscript (sides bowing, light damp-stain on sides, spine with a few worm holes). Provenance: Discalced Carmelite Order of Sancta Maria della Scala (contemporary marginalia, later stamp).
