Tasting note: deep, with rich golden highlights; similar nose, rich, 'singed'; noted as very sweet yet crisp, with glorious flavour and length. High volatile acidity noted again which gave the wine added vibrancy and piquancy. Last tasted Nov 2003 ***** M.B.
