Tasting note: Medium-deep, richly coloured; amazingly sweet bouquet, after 10 minutes black truffles and whiff of liquorice, and after 30 minutes unspeakably glorious, reminding me of fresh raspberry crumble; sweet, firm, spicy, richly textured, perfect crisp fruit, great length. Last tasted March 2002. ******
