This poster was produced for the R-rated release of Clockwork Orange; the same artwork was used for the release of the paperback edition of the book published at the same time; Kubrick approved this design for the R-rated release, but eventually it was decided to stick to the initial artwork by Philip Castle (see following lot), consequently very few posters featuring Pelham's artwork exist.
