NOTE:
Liu Anpu (1891-1948) was also named Huhan. Liu's family was one of the three most distinguished families in the Jiangnan area. Liu himself was a real estate tycoon in Shanghai but he loved art and associated with artists of the time. he was fond of collecting large-scale landscape paintings.
