Circular, painted with Imperial double-headed eagle on bright green ground in the centre, encircled by inscription in Cyrillic 'Nicholas Tsar and Suzerain of all Russia' surrounded by vermillion rosettes on gilt ground alternating with leaf clusters, the gilt border with blue and green scrolling foliage and blue rim, marked under base
8½ in. (21.6 cm.) diameter
