The Saint at the left of the image, standing, wearing the Bishop's omophorion, showing the Gospels he is holding to the kneeling man, in the background a Church and a walled city, between the two a rocky cliff, its one side barren, the other with tall trees, the Saint's dark green halo standing out against the pastel colours of the composition
