EARLY 19TH CENTURY
Decorated with figures mourning at the tomb of Vittorio Emanuele I, King of Sardinia (1759-1824), a naval scene of ships in a harbour, the flag of Savoia, a huntsman and his dog and scenes of sea-horses or dolphins, the end carved as a mask with open mouth; together with two coconut flasks carved with grotesque masks with open mouths
