Modelled standing fashionably dressed in a fur coat and long flowing dress, tiara and a casacading feather in her left hand, on a rectangular base, incised Alfred Courlens/Bruxelles/1930, with fitted pale-blue leather case with crowned reversed double 'E' for Elisabeth, Queen of the Belgians, the reverse with a verse of poetry by Emile Verhaeren
