CIRCA 1900, ENAMELLED ANCHOR, CROSS AND CROSS HATCHING MARKS
Each boldly enamelled with crowned and draped Orléans coat-of-arms, painted overall with flowerheads and dots in blue and white comprising:
Eight large conical water glasses
Seventeen conical glasses smaller (25)
Provenance
Almost certainly a wedding gift to Philippe Emmanuel d'Orleans, Duke of Vendome and Alencon, (1872-1931) and Henriette, Princess of Belgium, (1870-1948).
Maria-José, Queen of Italy, (1906-2001).

Henriette, Duchess of Vendome, (1870-1948) was the sister of Albert I, King of the Belgians, (1875-1934) and aunt to Maria-José, Queen of Italy, (1906-2001).
