SIGNED BY FROMENT-MEURICE, PARIS, CIRCA 1870
The baluster body diamond cut and with a compartment for ice, the mounts with trailing foliage, applied with a coat-of-arms, fully marked, the handle further signed 'Froment-Meurice'
11¼ in. (28.5 cm.) high
The arms are those of Maria Laetitia, Princess Bonaparte, (1866-1926) who married her uncle, Amedeo I of Spain, 1st Duke of Aosta, (1845-1890), second son of Vittorio Emanuele II, King of Italy, (1820-1878)
