The album contains twenty-five watercolours and drawings presented and dedicated to Vittorio Emanuele II, King of Italy by the Municipio Napolitano, in its original silver mounted embossed brown leather and satin fitted case, marked DETKEN NAPOLI', losses to coral to the central motif
