VAT rate of … 顯示更多 The following group of drawings by Ghislaine de Riquet Caraman-Chimay, Lady-in-waiting to Elisabeth, Queen of the Belgians, (1876-1965), were executed in the municipality of De Panne, known as the 'Green Pearl' of the Belgian Coast on the border with France. The Belgian Royal family took up residence in De Panne at the 'Villa Royale' in October 1914 following the German invasion of Belgium that autumn.
