Original black-stained vellum, gilt-lettered on spine, top edge gilt, others uncut (front cover slightly bowed, some minor rubbing); the extra plates loose as issued in separate portfolio; both in cloth slipcase. Provenance: Crosby Gaige (1882-1949), theatrical producer, bibliophile, and publisher (bookplate).
