The tea-kettle with mark of Pieter van Somerwil I, Amsterdam, circa 1730, the caster with mark of Frederik van Strant I, Amsterdam, circa 1720, the dish apparently unmarked, the Netherlands, mid 18th century
The tea-kettle with detachable cover and overhead swing handle, the caster pear-shaped on circular domed foot, the detachable cover pierced with dots, the dish shaped circular, the border engraved with scrolls, marked on bases
