Various makers, mainly the Netherlands, late 17th/19th century
41e largest silver medal, the obverse inscribed: CAR.THEOD.D:G.C.PAL.RH.V.BAV.DVX.S.R.I.A.D&EL. surrounding a bust of a gentleman, the reverse with a wreath of oakleaves and acorns surrounding the inscription PRAEMIUM ANATOMICUM on plinth inscribed SCHOLA PUBLICA MANNHEIMII INSTIT AN. MDCCLIV, two graduated identical silver medals, one silver medal commerating the stay of Tsar Peter the Great in Zaandam dated 1839, a silver medal, the obverse with the Amsterdam Stock exchange built by Zocher dated 1845, struck on the occassion of the opening, a silver medal dated 1696, and fifteen various silver and bronze medals, some in fitted ivory and wood boxes, the circular gold medal with the bust of Henri Dunant, inscribed: JEAN-HENRI.DUNANT.1828-1910., the reverse: with the Swiss cross and inscribed: CENTENAIRE.DE.LA.CROIX.ROUGE. and twenty-five various silver mainly Dutch coins, 19th and early 20th century
