Modelled as a chap wearing a wide-brimmed black summer hat with gilt bow, a lilac vest, red trousers, black buckled shoes, holding a yellow bagpipe with both hands, seated on a striped barrel, on octagonal marbled base (chips and lacking mouthpiece of bagpipe)
