Two Iznik pottery dishes
CIRCA 1620, OTTOMAN TURKEY
Painted in blue, green and red, outlined in black, the border with scrolling motifs, one with a Saz leaf within carnations and flanked by a tulip, the underside with a hare (restored) and one with a symmetrical design of Saz leaves flanking a central cypress, further with carnations (some retouching)
