A Satsuma dish signed Kikozan, Meiji Period
decorated in typical enamels and gilt with a battle scene by a palace and a seascape in the distance, all below the Shimazu mon, the reverse with two dragons and the mon, signed in a red reserve Dai Nippon Satsumakuni Kikozan -- 7 1/4in. (18.4cm.) diam.
