MÜLLER, Adam (1779-1829). Autograph letter signed ('A. Müller') to Friedrich von Schlegel, n.p., 2 May 1820, referring to an article he has contributed to Schlegel's Concordia, the draft of which has been so extensively developed with his students that he does not wish it to be published under his name ('Der erste Entwurf ist frelich von mir, indeß so vielfältig mit den jungen Studierenden, von denen der Gedanke herrührte, besprochen worden, daß ich bitten muß, keinen Nahmen ... offentlich zu nennen'); the overall tenor will be recognised as Catholic in feeling, one page, 4to.
