In the style of a flat bed turret clock movement, the frame raised on four pillars above twin wooden plinths set on a D-ended base, blued steel hands and centre seconds, the triple barrels movement with dead beat escapement, countwheel strike and chime on nest of three bells; gridiron pendulum
