MID 19TH CENTURY, POSSIBLY JACOB PETIT, SCRIPT DECORATOR'S MARKS OF BINET 43 FILS ST DENIS
Each of square bombé form with everted mouth, painted front and back with an amorous couple after Boucher and with birds in branches, the side panels with hunting scenes, each reserved within molded foliate scroll medallions on the turquoise ground similar flower sprays issuing from the corners, the angles and conforming base molded and enriched in gilt with acanthus
