Provenance: PRESENTATION COPY to Allison Danzig from the author (preliminary leaf with inscription "Alison Danzig, Compliments of the Author, Fredk Chas Tompkins, 1929", front free endpaper also with ownership inscription). FIRST EDITION; with a 1p. signed typed letter from Tompkins to Danzig, dated Philadelphia, April 25 1929, originally mis-typed to "Alonzo Danzig" and corrected, address and additional notes inscribed in Tompkins hand, commenting "Anything in my book you may use with pleasure...".
