The first painted with figures walking and at leisure along a winding path leading to turreted and hill top buildings in a wooded river landscape, the second with fishermen and figures before a lake, farmhouses and turreted buildings, within ochre and brown lined rims (the first with a chip to surface by river and riverbank on lower right side of plaque, the second with a chip to right edge)
