CIRCA 1730, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS AND DOT MARK, BLUE PAINTER'S 5.
The centre decorated in underglaze blue, iron-red, yellow, green and turquoise enriched in gilding with branches of flowering prunus, peony and chrysanthemum and with a moth in flight, within a double concentric underglaze blue circle cartouche, the border with a band of iron-red scrolling foliage divided by yellow and turquoise flowerheads, the underside with two iron-red and underglaze blue branches of flowering prunus (slight wear to well)
