CIRCA 1750, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARK AT BACK
Modelled by J.J. Kändler as two putti, one in a blue-lined yellow drape with flowers before a sheaf of corn, the other seated on rockwork, draped in green and pink holding a staff entwined with vine and grapes, on a domed rockwork base moulded with gilt scrolls and applied with coloured flowers and foliage (restoration to Autumn's fingers of left hand, staff and vine, some restoration to corn and sickle lacking from Summer's left hand and with restoration to her feet, some chipping to flowers and foliage)
