A pair of Chinese cinnabar lacquer stem cups and covers, 19th century
each of an inverted bell shape rising from the tall splayed foot, surmounted by a domed cover with a chrysanthemum finial, the sides carved with scholars and attendants amidst rockwork and trees, the foot with plantain, all between foliate floral scrolls on the base and cover; and similarly carved cinnabar lacquer baluster vase and dish, 19th century -- the vase 9in. (22.8cm.) high, the dish 9 7/8in. (25.1cm.) diam. (4)
