A pair of Chinese cloisonne meiping vases, 19th century
each of baluster shape rising to the high shoulders surmounted by a short waisted neck with a lipped rim, enamelled with a multitude of hares leaping over the craggy ground amidst large floral sprays, all below a lappet border on the shoulders and a ruyi-head band on the neck, the base with a four character Jingtai mark encircled by a foliate floral ground -- 12 3/16in. (30.9cm.) high. (2)
