lithograph with hand-coloring, 1963, on two sheets of handmade paper (as issued), with the artist's red stamped signature, annotated 'Closing Paragraph of Dissertation VII of Maximus of Tyre (1st Cent AD)', the full sheet, minor surface soiling, a 9-in. soft crease in the center of the face below the upper edge of the lower sheet, a few loose paper fibers in places, a tape stain at the upper left and lower right sheet edges, pale time staining, otherwise apparently in good condition, not examined out of the frame
