A PAIR OF ITALIAN HALF-GREAVES, IN LATE 16TH CENTURY STYLE
19th Century
Each boxed over the full length of the front, strongly arched over the foot, embossed for the ankle bone, finished with roped turns about the lower edges and over a short rear section at the top, and fitted with turning-pins, buckles and straps.
