Three Japanese ivory okimono, 19th century
the first carved of a group of kaki, acorn and gingko borne on a gnarled leafy branch, with two fruit deeply carved with figures in landscape scenes, signed; the second carved with a boy trying to reach a drum held high by Tenaga; and the third carved in the form of a drummer and acrobats, signed -- max. 2 7/8in. (7.3cm.) high. (3)
