painted with alternating panels enclosing a lady reading in a garden and standing between a table laden with a censer and books and a floral jardiniere on a gnarled wood stand, all between bands with peach and floral sprays, the first decorated on the domed cover with boys at play and the second with a warrior wielding swords, underglaze-blue four character Kangxi marks -- max. 10in.
