A Chinese blue and white beaker vase, gu, Kangxi (1662-1722)
with a raised middle section framed by raised rings and painted key-fret and whirl patterns, all between the upper flared and lower splayed sections, each section painted with meandering foliated lotus scrolls -- 18 11/16in. (47.4cm.) high.
