The Property of J.A Pickles Esq. (Lots 103-129) 'In 1964, I moved from The Old Cottage, at Burcot, Oxon to Sydney, Australia. At that time I had an emotional attachment, understood only by collectors, for the items. I have never believed that I owned any of the items. I respected the care put in by so many before me for all the items; my possession was a trust. I am now 70 years old and feel it is time to pass that trust on to others. I hope the buyers will receive as much pleasure from the items as I and my family have over the the 40 odd years they have been with us.' J.A Pickles.
