The circular ring with three brass knob finials, on three column supports, with a bronze dish with knob finial in a lower circular ring, on paw feet, the underside of the bronze dish stamped with a sun motif below the initials 'W.T & S', the underside of the brass ring stamped with a sun motif below the initials 'W.T.S'
