A SET OF EIGHT GEORGE III MAHOGANY DINING-CHAIRS

Comprising two armchairs and six side chairs, each with tablet toprail inlaid with a patera issuing foliage, above a reeded three-bar vertical splat and padded seat covered in cream fabric, on reeded tapering legs, four side chairs with paper label inscribed 'Hamilton-Fairley' and '4', one seat-rail incised TW, later blocks, some re-railing
The armchairs: 36¾ in. (93.5 cm.) high; 23 in. (58.5 cm.) wide; 18½ in. (47 cm.) depth of seat
The side chairs: 36 in. (91.5 cm.) high; 21¼ in. (54 cm.) wide; 17½ in. (44.5 cm.) deep (8)
