A FRENCH ORMOLOU-MOUNTED TULIPWOOD AND KINGWOOD PARQUETRY CARTONNIER AND CABINET

The shaped superstructure with scrolling foliate clasps and seven variously sized gilt-tooled brown leather-lined boxes, above a similarly decorated cabinet with shaped rectangular top and moulded border opening with two side doors enclosing a shelf, the foliate cabochon apron mount on short splayed legs with pierced foliate sabots
The cartonnier: 24¼ in. (61.5 cm.) high; 34¼ in. (87 cm.) wide; 12¾ in. (32 cm.) deep; the base: 30½ in. (77.5 cm.) high; 37¾ in. (96 cm.) wide; 14¼ in. (36 cm.) deep
