The compressed body raised on three columnar supports and carved around the sides in low relief with an archaistic band of taotie masks flanked by the pair of openwork handles suspending small loose rings and surmounted by dragon heads grasping scrolling tendrils in their jaws, the domed cover encircled by a band of birds and scrolls below a large hollowed flower-form knop rising from a band of petal lappets
