The first woven with an overall pattern of medallions enclosing pairs of butterflies and small blossoms, above bands of key and cell pattern at the end, all reserved on a pale rose-pink satin ground, with yellow silk damask backing; together with a blue silk brocade coverlet, 18th/19th century, woven with an overall pattern of flowering peony blossoms alternating with lotus, interspersed with bats and butterflies, above bands of key fret, stripes and geometric pattern, all reserved on an indigo-blue ground
