KANGXI SIX-CHARACTER MARKS IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE WITHIN DOUBLE CIRCLES AND OF THE PERIOD (1662-1722)
Each with steep sides rising to a gently flared and rounded rim, the interior medallion painted with a scene of leafy peony branches within double line borders, the cavetto with continuous leafy peony scroll, repeated on the exterior above a stylized lappet border
