The vine-wrapped fluted central stem headed by an acanthus cast inverted cap joined by six flower-link chains to six foliate-cast branches each with an eagle's head, issuing eighteen similar branches terminating in acanthus-cast drip-pans and fluted nozzles, above a tapering point with rose-bud terminal
