THIRD QUARTER 19TH CENTURY
Inlaid throughout in contre partie, the rectangular top of tapering form with a gadrooned moulded rim framing a frieze inset with arabesques and a removable brass liner, above a shaped apron centred by an Apollo mask and hung with floral garlands, the angles with bearded masks above scrolled legs with acanthus clasps to the knees and joined by a shaped stretcher with drapery lapels to each side, the interior bearing the stamp CRÉMER
33¾ in. (85.5 cm.) high; 38¼ in. (97 cm.) wide; 26¼ (67 cm.) deep
