Each painted in underglaze blue, iron-red and gilt, the centre depicting a baluster vase with peony on a low stool amongst branches of bamboo, chrysanthemum and prunus, the well with a trellis diaper pattern band reserved with chrysanthemum-heads and floral vignettes, below four clusters of flower-sprays encirlcing the broad rim (minute rim frittings)
