TWO NEW ENGLAND GLASS COMPANY WEIGHTS
Mid to late 19th century
The first a patterned millefiori weight containing a central air-bubble within a row of complex millefiori canes and a similar garland of millefiori canes at the periphery, set in an entwined swirl latticinio basket; the second a macedoine weight including an eagle silhouette cane and a partial cane with five running rabbits, among other assorted short lengths of canes and twisted tubing
2 5/8 in. (6.8 cm.) diameter, 1 15/16 in. (4.9 cm.) high; 2 7/8 in. (7.4 cm.) diameter, 1¾ in. (4.5 cm.) high, respectively (2)
