holding a bird in each hand, the rope that attaches them he secures with his mouth; an ivory okimono signed Masanobu, of a young boy crouching down, playing with a fish and a boat; a wood and ivory okimono of a Sambaso dancer, signed Hoshin, signed on a red lacquer reserve; a walrus ivory okimono, of Benkei attacking a warrior, signed Masayuki; an inro of hinoki in gold and silver takamakie, the ivory netsuke of a man; and a miniature gold lacquer inro with cranes and a coral bead ojime -- 4½in.
