A Japanese stained ivory snuff bottle, 19th Century
of ovoid form, with red staining depicting a seated lady playing the flute, a standing figure with fan to the reverse side, each surrounded by blossoming cherry branches, Qianlong mark to base -- 3 3/8in. (8.5cm.) high, stopper.
